I am also not sure but I found that the links for the pro and reseller are the same as the FE version.
Also, I agree with you I think its a crappy product but maybe it's going to benefit someone or keep someone from buying it

Yeah, it sure looked like the links went to the same page.
There's every chance that it will be useful to someone, even if it is, as you say, to keep people from spending their money on it.
It may even be that it is a launch bug and will be fixed. You never know.
