While on this topic let me tell you all a micro habit that I adopted recently. I was watching a YouTube video on a similar topic. It basically said ''Do something now that your future self will thank you for''. It can be a small thing like taking out the trash or stopping by the store on your way home instead of going back later that evening. Anything really. I am trying it out and find that I am really on top of things. I find myself thinking like ''Ugh I have to take the trash out... Oh wait, I did that earlier''.
