My posts reflect my own experience. I don't expect everyone to read them and agree but (as always) you just couldn't resist the urge to soil my thread with your vitriol.

You seem to be one miserable sonofabitch! I just pity anyone who has to endure you for more than a few minutes each day.

I'm fully aware of the fact that we black-hatters "steal" stuff that people leave unprotected online for anyone with half-a-brain to "find." So, I never made a judgment.

Thanks for checking the link, FreshHelper. It must be something with my computer (or browser). I was using the uBlock Origin extension on Microsoft Edge browser but I disabled it and still got the same error when clicking that link. I won't worry about it, then, since if it works for you, then it should work for others.

Let me take this opportunity to extend my heartfelt gratitude for this GEM in one place in order to make my life easy....I am at a cross road now and need to come up with something soon for me and my family.

**I get the same message LAYNA got when trying the AIO Link - probably there is an issue. Will wait patiently for the update.

@happyifthi: Thank you for the kind comments and for confirming that you got that error, too. I have communicated with FreshHelper via PM and he informed me that the link works for some and not for others; so that's good enough for me. You can still get the downloads for my e-book library from original post.
