The process of learning how to do this stuff has been quite the secret, let me save you some time, possibly decades.
The answer seems to be cleansing and purifying the body to kick start the process with Colonics, adding Juicing produce to help things go quicker.
Then cleansing and purifying the glands, thousands and thousands thousands of them in the body with seven master glands as the leader glands that run the body with the Soul as the Governor.
Then cleansing and purifying the the Mind.
Then cleansing and purifying the the Soul.
The body being subjagated to it's Mind and Soul.
The above allows conscious access to your Spirit.
Then the only thing more unlimited than You is the Divine itself
The analogy of a house being prepared for electricity compared to a body being prepared sheds some insight.
In order for electrical devices to work in a house, it has to be prepared to use 110/220 volts from a pole near a house, transducers step the electricity up and down in volts. By the time the electricity enters the house it's been made ready for 110/220 volts with fuses, wires and switches and electrical devices ready to function.
The same with the glands of a body, the glands function as transducers and transcievers using micro volts of electricity. The glands are connected by bio circuits that have to be repaired in order for the glands to function properly, inter-connected.
The glands would be like the contact points between Body, Mind, and Soul.
This is all in the book of Ezekiel, but it's coded language and one would have to know how to interpretate/interpret the language.
No need to live like a hermit for 100 years and all that noise.
