I used our usual ways of finding things and I couldn't find the English version one. Maybe someone will have better luck.

Don't have time to translate this particular book, but ...
The trick is depending on your file format... simply re-translate the book with Google translate.
If you have epub or mobi version...
- Use calibre to print to PDF
- Convert PDF to a Word Doc
- Copy the text chapter by chapter from Word doc
- Google translate has 5000 character limit when you paste, so...
- Remember to keep hitting 'next' until you're done copying it all
- Best practice is to copy the Google translated text directly into a notepad text first
- Then paste your translated text from that text file into the Word Doc
- This will keep book formatting somewhat similar
... and btw Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov is a real life treasure ;-)
