I am running a software company and planning to create a new cryptocurrency. I am looking for team of people to join with me. We work together as a team in our own cryptocurrency. This is a serious and long term project. The plan is,

Phase 1: Token launch
Phase 2: Own blockchain and coin launch
Phase 3: Own exchange launch

I know this is really huge in the long run, but I can do this as I am running software development business. We as marketing people work together and make this a win win to all of us.
