I watched A.D.A.M P.a.y.a.n course and I can tell you Erika Kullberg's courses is far better. I got it from forum here too. You can search for title: "Erika Kullberg – Mastering YouTube for the Busy Professional"
pls. I only add this comment just to help others having took time to watched the two courses. I didn't post to discredit P.a.y.n.e's course or this share.
