I was able to register just by pressing stop as soon as the page loaded to prevent the redirect.

There doesn't seem to be anything groundbreaking in there and I am getting tired of those unnecessarily long sales pages which all look the same. Who decided that was the standard?

They are using safelists to get the traffic. Safelists are a waste of time - I know - I spent months trying to promote stuff on safelists until I realized EVERYONE on those lists are not buyers, they are doing the same thing as you - trying to promote there own stuff.
