Just my 2 cents on this topic - NOT this product. There are fundamental flaws with this idea that should be considered before spending money/time on this.
1. Ranking a site without ALREADY having that business NAP etc. will be very difficult.
2. Unless you are going to build some type of directory, you're going do a lot of work with NO guarantee of ranking. Google loves directories and outranking them is NOT possible. Just for fun I did a search for 'best plumber Boise' and saw listings from yelp.com, boise.consumeraffairs.com, handymanreviewed.com, expertise.com, houzz.com, threebestrated.com and homeadvisor.com. Good luck outranking any of them.
3. Chances are those business owners you want to approach, already have a site that doesn't generate any leads. Most will wonder why they should pay you.
4. If they don't already have a site - they are cheap fucks. Nuff said!
5. I know 2 guys who tried this. One managed to rank the site (odd business niche) but couldn't rent the site. The other actually registered a site in a business name (eg. Leroys-Moving.com) so he had the NAP already. Leroy wanted to buy the site for a couple hundred bucks. Cheap fucks!
Both these guys are now collecting and selling leads - but it's a long way from being the easy/profitable method they hoped it would be.
