I registered an account and had a quick look.
It may be handy for learning about the basics but I don't think we could promote our own links and get traffic unless we buy the product.

You need the receipt of purchase and send it with your affiliate link to the creator to get included in the list of links.

"Email your URL, plus a copy of your Promote Your Offer receipt, to contact (at) elitetigersgroup.org with the subject line: 'Promote Your Offer Link'.
No links will be placed without a copy of your receipt."

well this must buy this to get free promotion cant be used without it,

those guys just do safelists and traffic exchange so don't expect much from such traffic

I thought traffic exchanges were pretty much crap. People open your email to get ad credits. Then they go to the next one and so on. You don't get any clicks. Been there and tried it. Never got any traffic to my offers.

yeah you can get traffic and clicks to your offers but noresults , people there only care about ad credits not buying your offer

This is a waste of time. There's no value in it. They are asking for a receipt of purchase to add your link and they will just use exchange link platform which has no value, everyone is searching for traffic so no one will click on your link to visit your site and of course if you sell something forget the sale.
