@StillStanding: Thank you for providing mirror links for the 2021 and 2022 editions of this share. The person asking for a new link also contacted me via PM on yesterday. I replied that these kinds of files are all over the web, if only they would do a simple Google search before posting for a new link. I also provided existing links for both editions from different sources, including Annas-Archive, PDFDrive and Library Genesis.

I've been around BBHF for a long time and can't count the number of times I've "preached" in my posts about the benefit of a DIY search for stuff like this. Yet, the "please re-up" and "link not work" and "it would be wonderful if someone would share this" posts go on and on and on but those very same people somehow forget to post a kind "thanks" or hit the +REP button for the help they get.
