Thanks for the share. Reps added. Perhaps there is a market for this if you work at it, however the market is truly saturated. I receive telephone calls, texts, and postcards all wanting to purchase my home for a house I sold 3 months ago. I will say this though the housing market is on fire. We sold to an investor for cash at almost the same price that other buyers were offering, just better terms. Perhaps wait until there is a downturn in the housing market (if that ever happens) and you will have a ready inventory of properties to purchase or offer to investors.
Thanks for share.

Many thanks for this - I look forward to checking it out because it's right up my alley.
thanks bud max reps to ya
yea the market has become very saturated recently in the last couple years when it became a fad to offer training how to flip houses. i mean they were always selling training on this but just recently had it become readily available on youtube with everyone and their mother trying to sell training.
but as you can see, it's not overly saturated as you yourself sold to an "investor". it's a #'s game like anything else in this business of marketing. that would be annoying though recieving phone calls after 3 months of your home being sold haha.
i have to question how good a deal you got since investors are not retailers and there is information out there now how to get the best price for a home and the equations investors use to figure out if the investment will be worth their time. but they are really good creating win win situations.
i'm actually going to download this to see if there is anything new here....
