Also I would be interested to hear what others think of these. I have evaluated the membership for a year and am canceling. In my opinion, while the information is good, it is also available cheaper from others selling there own version of Apocalypse Now. Independent Living is one-- only $129 a year or get free emails from Whiskey and Gunpowder. It all seems to boil down to guns, gold and stockpiles. I suppose the question is ---are you preparing for a police state, collapse (partial or total) of civilization or a natural disaster? And how "bad" do you think it will be?
Obviously, for most people selling this info, such as Dillard and Black, it will not be so bad that their wealth won't smooth the way. And I notice that many that advocated going abroad are now changing that story too. My grain of salt is now a boulder.
