If #2 #3 or ... can`t register or block the form.
Step 1: Type F12 in Chrome browser
Step 2: Find code

and click "edit as HTML"
Step 3: Delete

and click out side the editable block.
Now you can see the register form and here you go.
It works on some member restrict login form, especially on CF page.

As per the link in post #13 "here is go", click the X "top-left" as soon as the page starts to load, you will be taken to the "create account" page, then you can create your account
