@brizan: Most here already know that zippyshare bit the dust at the end of March 2023. Actually, there is a zippyshare.pro site up (I wrote a post about it) but it may not be the same as the zippyshare we all used before.
What's important to know is that you're posting this to a thread that ran from 2021-2022, when zippyshare WAS up and running. You came late to a thread where the links worked as they were supposed to.
You should also know that you can get Scrivener by searching for it.
A quick Google search found this...
SCRIVENER DOWNLOAD: Download Scrivener for MacOS v3.3.1, Windows x64 v3.1.4.1, or iOS v1.2.2. If you need earlier versions, click the red text link that says: PREVIOUS VERSIONS.
NOTE: This is a trial version, so you will need a working license code/key to use it beyond the trial/cutoff date. You can find that, too, in a simple Google search.

Browse Google's results and visit sites to try the keys posted --- until you find one that works.
You can also search for Scrivener 3.* with crack/patch files or a key generator. Use those keywords in a Google search and browse the results to find one you like.

CAVEAT: Always do your own due diligence by running executable files and crack/patch files through Virus Total. You don't want to compromise your computer just to get a working version of Scrivener or anything else.
USE A VIRTUAL SANDBOX
If you end up not being able to find a working version of Scrivener 3 that doesn't come without a VT issue (potentially harmful files) you can still use the program in a virtual sandbox. Your antivirus program should have this option. If you don't see it, search Google with the name of your AV program and "virtual sandbox" to see if there is one included. Otherwise, you can search for standalone sandbox downloads and instructions for using them.
Using a potentially harmful software in a virtual sandbox gives you the functionality (use it as you ordinarily would) without it becoming harmful to your computer's main system because it is isolated from it.
