@chijo and bluestam: Zippy can be a royal PITA (pain-in-the-a**) but there is a way to bypass all the distractions and get the download; assuming it isn't blocked in your area or country and the files are still on the server.
So if the download is dead, there's not much you can do.
But as of today, 2-22-2022, that zippy link still works! So, here's what I recommend:
If you don't already use it, do a Google search for uBlock Origin. Follow the link to the site and click the button that says "Add to browser."
uBlock Origin is a browser extension that will block those annoying ads in an instant! It's available for Chrome, Firefox and Edge (among others). If you use privacy browsing, such as duckduckgo.com, you'll need to go into the Extension interface for your browser and manually enable it for privacy browsing but again, that's as simple as clicking a button.
Finally, go back to that zippyshare link and you should get access to the download without all the crazy flippin' ads.
bluestam: I know this info doesn't help you, since you said zippy is a no-go in your area, so, your wish is my command...

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: The original post includes the Virus Total scan (thank you, jackpinion and max reps from me to you for the share!). Don't let the one malicious file report throw you --- this is important ONLY IF you use Jiangmin and even then, you'll need to use Affinity Publisher inside of a virtual sandbox until you can determine if the alleged trojan in the file is an actual threat or simply a false positive. Some AV programs are set at high sensitivity to catch everything they suspect is a danger and lots of black-hat type files can be identified as potentially malicious when that happens. So to do your own due diligence, search Google for the name of the malicious file and read information on it from tech support/computer type websites. Don't bother reading forums where people mainly report their own issues and the threads go on for pages with little more than people's opinions. But if you use any of the other AV programs on the list that shows up in green, then it's perfectly safe to install and use this download of Affinity Publisher.
I hope this helps.
