If you're unfamiliar with Kindle Vella, that's because it's fairly new (launched just last month!). It is an app under Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing platform that allows you to publish short series (or serialized) fiction that readers pay to access per episode. Think of it kind of like "drip-feed" publishing, if you will.
