This was "jacked" from another forum, so I can't offer any support. At random, I used Moz to check several of the sites on this fellow's list, and they all scored over 60. So, if you know how to do it (personally, I do not), you can use these sites to increase web site rankings. The OP claims he uses this list personally for his clients', and his own, websites.

If anyone would like to weigh in on how to take advantage of such a list, and explain whether there is any way of automating its use, please drop a comment.

first of all, wrong section. nobody in this section is going to know what to do with this list. people in this section are looking for handouts and freebies and are usually utterly stupid so they come here looking for information to teach them something.

with that said, i quickly looked the list over and it's a decent list. i can see how it can be useful but if the links aren't dofollow then the actual benefits decrease drastically and the main benefit would be the direct traffic you might get and NOT from search engines to actually rank. i question the dude when he says he uses these for his sites and client sites just to create profiles because a list like this i am sure it would have to go for direct traffic and the only way to do that is to produce content as well and NOT just a profile with a link back to a website

i have been out of the seo game fore a while but this is how it worked before. i doubt things have changed so much that a list like this is relevant again. what site did you get this from? pm me if you don't want to post it.....

You should have posted this list in the Backlinks Forum. Anyway, Google has been punishing sites that have backlinks that are easy to get. So, after the Penguin update, the magic of profile links was over. So, use these links sparingly along with some contextual links such as guest posts on relevant blogs.

A software like Roboform is the best way to automate the form filling process for registering on these sites.
