My friends' Facebook account was hacked, basically, they changed her email address, password and user name. She can't access it at all by any means. We follow Facebook guidelines but nothing was successful.

Any help appreciated, please.

use any device that she used to open her account with then go to facebook.com/hacked then follow the steps to recover the account even if the email changed.
