Sounds like the usual when most of these products talks about recurring. Although I'm going to build up some more recurring income since I for different reasons sometimes need to take some steps back from IM.
1 product I think I promoted once more than a year ago maybe two now have paid more than 600$ in commissions with only 5 sales in total.
