Is this a legit network? Asking because I thought it was, then started looking at their landing pages and they seem like scams.

Yes is legit. It's has more of an incentive offers and people use those LP to offer their traffic some value in exchange for them to complete an offer.

Thx, I see that, but some of those landing pages are just utterly fake: fake IG follower generators - maybe the gift card offers are fake as well. Doesn't fill me with confidence.

Yes, they are all fake. The whole intent of those LP is to convince the users that they will get something and they need to complete an CPA or CPI offer. It's just a blackhat way of promoting offers.
