To this book contains a massive amount of filler and speculative crap. Liang was a modern wushu guy and Yang, Fukien White Crane. There is no such thing as Ermei Baguazhang, it all comes from Dong Haichuan. There is nothing about bagua's standing palms where neijin is developed. But, if you like stories and choreography, enjoy!
