Quick synopsis:
The authors recommend the creation of "curation" sites in your niches. The sites don't have to worry about duplicate content or copyright complaints because a curation site merely acts as a short cut to sort through lots of information in a niche, instead of posting whole articles verbatim, and always links to the original source. So Google and the original authors don't give it a hassle.
So long as it's set up to help the visitor navigate through lots of info posted elsewhere, the curation sites have a built in value that can draw people to it again and again. The bulk of the system shows how to set it up from scratch, and attach feeds that will supply the info to be curated. Easy but long read (64 pages for the main pdf, but there's a quick start pdf).
