From another forum:
Step 1: Select a large B2C niche that you can find lots of affiliate offer to promote.
These are the B2C niches I work in: Beauty, Fashion, Entertainment, Food, Dining, Health, Fitness, Home, Family, Market Research, News, Education, Nonprofit, Retail, eCommerce, Social, Travel, Personal Finance, Investment and Work Opportunities.
Step 2: Create a niche hook offer to build an opt-in list
I mostly use social media and media buying to collect first name and email.
Step 3: Plug in an autoresponder to your opt-in list and either pay a skilled copywriter or learn how to write compelling sales email sequences for each offer you promote.
I happen to come from a publishing and marketing background, so can do this myself.
Step 4: Constantly optimize everything in stages 1,2 and 3 and aim to generate at least $1 per subscriber per year. Get your subscriber costs down to less than your revenue you have a fully automated, profitable business.
This is the part that most people fail in. After optimization I can usually get my subscriber costs down to $0.28 each, with an average lifetime value of about $47.
Step 5: Rinse and Repeat
