To me that looks an awful lot like 'Logo Design Studio Pro'
I'd bet money on it in fact.
It's a pretty robust software that does a whole lot more than just logos if you know how to use it.

Maybe they use pixellab andriod app and create a project and save them. Once they get order they replace some elements and deliver, but I am not sure on this.

The software, they used is Eximioussoft logo design.
Inside there are plenty of templates in all niches. (You can get it for free - let me know if you want it)
They just edit, paste and download et voila.
