The first tool in the book is Deep Nostalgia by MyHeritage:

It animates still photos of faces. There are whole YT channels that have animation videos of historical figures but I could see creating more specific channel topics - like WWI or English royals or historical sports figures - and using public domain images to create the work using the tool.
There are other tools mentioned in the book but that first one totally got my attention because these tools that create what people refer to as "deep fakes" (animation of real people) is a hot topic.
