I don't think I have ever seen that course for free. But udemy routinely runs promotions where they offer this course for like $12.99 or something. Just wait until if goes on sale. If you can't afford that then you can try downloading it from torrent sites like The Pirate Bay. Also freecodecamp and theodingproject are good places to learn web development for free. Reddit is also your friend when trying to learn webdev.
