So... I take it that $0.00001 per visit is the minimum bid? And while your screenshots show that such bids can be successful, they don't say anything about the countries those visitors are from.

You say that you "highly recommend targeting all countries" to get visitors for that price. That suggests that visitors from other countries are significantly more expensive - why else wouldn't you tell us what you have to bid to have a realistic chance to get visitors from countries like the USA, Canada, UK, Europe etc.?

Are you really selling a worthwhile traffic source here or is this nothing more than a popup network with low minimum bids and lots of traffic from countries like China, India, Bangladesh and Indonesia?

Yes, you are correct. $0.00001 is the minimum bid and with that minimum bid, you can get high volume of traffic if you target all countries and that's my ebook is all about, getting $0.00001 per visitor traffic.

There are lots of other countries below the screenshot which I didn't capture but the total budget of this campaign is $19 and I got 1.9M+ visitors.

Yes, I highly recommend targeting all countries to get high volume of visitors at that bid. And yes, you are correct. Visitors from tier 1 countries are much more expensive but you will still get traffic from tier 1 countries using a bid price of $0.00001. If you narrow it down to tier 1 countries only, you will get less volume of course but you will still get traffic with a bid of $0.00001.

If I would say, "yes, I am selling a worthwhile traffic source" I would be biased because this is my own product. But what I can say to you instead is, I dig very deep to find these super cheap traffic sources. You already saw what countries these traffic are coming from, so you decide for yourself.
