Besides Amy Harrop's Easy Learning Printables, I also recommend you read the sales page for Tony Laidig's Public Domain Education Hacks because it tells you how to profit from low-content in the billion-dollar educational consumer marketplace, too, using public domain content that you modify.

Amy mentions the site: TeachersPayTeachers.com on her sales page and that is a very good resource. I have included a link to some printables there above, but don't limit yourself to just the links I found! Change up these searches to find tons more links.
Doing so will keep you in "inspiration heaven" and you will never run short of ideas for producing visually attractive, e-learning effective educational printables.
IDEA: BOOKMARK the resource sites you like (or create a database of them in Excel) for quick reference.

If you're looking for printable ideas for older kids (or young or mature adults), substitute those keywords for "kids" in the search. You will be amazed by all the new resources you now have!
I sometimes like to use Google's IMAGE link when I search; it's directly underneath the search input field. Clicking that after you type your keywords brings up results by illustration, so you can see example images of printables on the sites that come up. Instant inspiration!
KNOW YOUR USAGE RIGHTS!
Remember, too --- unless a download's contents are clearly marked as either royalty-free (ex: images) or master- or private-resale-rights (ex: printables) AND you check out the terms in the licensing document, you should be careful about using them "as is" or even similarly to what the original looks like or you could be in hot water if ever detected.
The whole point in my sharing this is to help with IDEAS and INSPIRATION for making your own high-quality printables. I would never --- ever --- use a printable "as is" (even when it's a PLR product and the licensing permits you to!). I use OPP (other people's printables) to create something new and different.
For instance, if a printable is popularly being used in one niche category, I would consider applying it to another niche market.
If there is a fun and popular printable for kiddies, think about ways you can realistically apply that concept to ones for people in an older age range.
If a printable works for one area of instruction (ex: teamwork in the workplace) then, how can it be applied to a topic (like diversity and cultural training)?
These are just a few ways you can make something "new and exciting" that may have saturated its existing market.
ONE CAVEAT: Do the research for specialized printable content.
This advice will not apply to most of you because printables are mainly in fun, crafty-hobby types of subjects. But if your printables are in a health-related niche, for example, you should do as much research as possible.
Amy's training touches upon research a little but the more "specialized" the topic, you should get feedback from people you know and trust in the field or anyone with some level of authority on the topic, if at all possible. In pulling links to share with you, I saw one site that offers free printables for young adult going through depression. Be sure that what you publish is backed up by current professional advice. You want your printables to reflect current best practices and your buyers to have positive experiences. If you make the national news, let it be because your product is so very helpful, not over-the-top controversial.
And here's one last question to consider...
