you might want to reconsider the list building even if your intention is to help people. for example. if you add new videos to a membership site, you want to remind people to go and watch the videos and continue the photshop training. this is helping people :) it's funny. i know so many people who got in to graphic design and literally none of them are good marketers. don't think that autoresponsers are only for people who want to sell something for money. if you offer good training, no doubt people will want to sign up for reminders and new training videos and even any new news you may want to share. to help people you want to put yourself out there and have a system in place to engage with people and be able to contact them on short notice. sometimes people fee they don't need something and regret it later. it doesn't hurt anything to have a system set up in place even if at first you don't promote signing up to be on a list. you still should want that system there and in place.

i also don't mind taking a peek and reviewing it and offering any suggestions or catching any bugs.

i do have 1 thing to think about now though. instead of creating a bunch of videos to teach random things, focus on an end goal. so focus on a specific niche that helps a specific type of person. at least you should want to eventually do that. the random videos anyone can do and put them up on youtube. so in this case if you were wanting to help black hatters, then it should be something where part of the focus is how to make money off what you are teaching after someone learns it. help fill that gap between education and what we do with it after we get educated.

You asked for comments

The first problem i found was that the first video does not play, it says go to youtube :-)

Yes, I switched over to Vimeo and the videos now play in Firefox, Opera, MS Edge.
If anyone uses another browser and would like to test the site out please contact me via PM.

Thanks Gamelord, I appreciate your time.

@Cali Kid
You have a good point about reminding people of new lessons I may just do that once the site is up and running full tilt.

I guess I'm just concerned that people might think I'm trying to get their email address or profit from this endeavor, which I'm not.

I appreciate your comments about focusing on one topic and how to best monetize that skillset.

However, the purpose of this first set of videos is aimed at the beginner and how a person can learn the basic fundamentals of how to navigate Photoshop.

Once the basics are learned a person could move on to a specific area of learning and specialize.

You can't specialize if you don't know how to put text on an image, or know how brushes work, or how layers work etc...

Specialty videos are coming in time, right now I want to introduce PhotoShop to those who think it's just too big for them to learn. It's not.

As always thanks for your insightful comments.
I'm interested in helping out, looking forward to seeing what you have put together
Thanks
