It's a new feature on Twitter where you can have a newsletter aka autorespoder integrated into the platform. It's very much like the typical free or paid AR that is out there but instead of paying for it or getting it for free like on MailChimp it's through Twitter.

I personally would not use this in the make money online space because just like any free autorespoder or anything else that's free, it will get hyper moderated and ban happy for using any of the trigger words that gets the people in MMO for using them nuked.
