neant, it can be dangerous. Basically you'll have to overcome your Lower nature using your Divine nature.

Most people don't even know they have a Lower nature or even a Divine nature., for those people it will be tough.

Some people will be taken over by their Lower nature if they aren't sufficintly prepared. This is what happened with Hitler and others (his followers, even to this day).

So how do you win? Put on the Divine like you put on your clothes, every day. Imagine yourself wearing the Divine, as if they were clothes, That will protect you.

This would be like the retelling of the story of Abel and Cain from the bible, but internal within you.

All Hebrew words have meanings and each letter has a meaning and a word is the combination of all the meanings of the letters. Iirc Cain means "Acquired" and Seth means "my replacement or something similar"

So, also it may be helpful to see things as conditions in the Bible. So you have Cain rising up in anger and killing Abel. The part of us that has been acquired, the Cain part slays Abel, the Divine part of us and Seth is the replacement for Abel.

Cain is allowed to go his way. The same with our acquired part of us, the Lower nature. The part of us that's like Seth carries on with the Divine within us. The fight, the battle will continue throughout the Bible, eventually with the Divine within us winning.
