So, if anyone still wants it, DOWNLOAD HERE
I made the download page into a clickable PDF so there should be no problems. Just click on the video images and they will open in a new window so that you can view them.
Hope you like it.

Thank you!!!
I wasn't familiar with how to make clickable pdfs, so I learned something new.
But what really blew me away was that you were able to save a webpage as a pdf and keep all of the videos, which were playable.
How did you do that?
I save webpages all the time, but I've never seen a way to keep the videos.

Thanks for asking MoneyMaven
What I do (There are probably other ways to do it) is once I am on the download page is taking my mouse and left click and hold it down while scanning the whole page.
Then I paste it into a blank Word sheet, by right clicking and clicking on paste.
This places every thing on the sheet from the web page.
Sometimes the image for the video does not show up so what I do then is using Snagit, I copy the video shown as an image and place in the proper space on the Word page and get the link for the video from the download page then just right click on the image in Word and click on link and paste the link to the video in the link box.
All the other clickable links will have been already set up by word.
Then I save my Word file and once it has been saved as a word file I click on save as PDF and that's it.
It sounds a lot more complicated than it is and once you have done it a few times you don't even think about it!.
Hope this answered your question.

P.S. in the video under Method 1, she explains how she does it using "PDF Escape" but I have been using my method way before she made these videos!
