Foursquare is a social review site. I use it all the time to "check in" when I visit a restaurant, bar, etc. I do an instant review, and it gets posted to Foursquare and cross-posted to Facebook. I originally joined to just learn about another social media opportunity for my clients. It duplicates some of the efforts of Facebook local.

FWIW, I only have two other "friends" on Foursquare, so it's not as social as they would have you believe (at least, in my pitiful offline world :(

I haven't explored THIS package yet, but my take on Foursquare is that it can be part of a long list of sites that you add local listings for your offline clients.

I offer it as part of a local "claim your listings" campaign for a total package. I include other sites like Google Places, Facebook Places, Yahoo local, Bing local, YP.com, TripAdvisor, etc. We all know the first two in that list are the most important, but there's a perceived value to offer a massive online presence for a brick and mortar client (like restaurants). It could also be included as part of an online reputation management package.
Any Re-Ups?
re-up a course from 2012?
might as well search for a course about myspace haha
social media changes so much - foursquare has changed and changed again

if you are looking for social media "courses" I would suggest look for the very latest

also many of people who write thrown together "wso" are full of it
you can google and get good social media advice and tips
just look for newest info
