this is really vague. what do you need a jv for and what would be the duties of each person? do you have sales already or are you just starting out....
your looking for partners yet very very vague in who you are and what you want. not a very good start in my opinion. if you are going to take your business seriously, then it should reflect in your writing and how you explain yourself.
