I was attracted to this thread initially for one reason only=>
I have an account at mega with 47GB of stuff just sitting at mega after ~2 years;
This is because trying to DL that stuff is just too much hassle - and I even tried via mega's crappy app...meh.
Transferring it to GD would ease that DL process IF it were truly simple, but it is not, so I can simply skip the whole idea and let that stuff sit there.
The ONLY reason that I EVER bother AT ALL with mega anymore is when there is some genuinely terrific thing that I'm 100% certain is worth the troubles of bothering to grab, and for those VERY few times I use the tools which I wrote the other thread about.
As of today - IMO - there does not exist ANY simple/easy method of transferring stuff OUT of mega to a better service.
Maybe someday somebody will crack this and that would be very cool.
