Thank you Layna and max reps.
It looks like "hto-web-resources" already caught on and removed the files but, as you said, there are plenty more.
PS: I held out as long as I could and just bought 2x 10TB drives (Layna1 and Layna2) for your posts

Thanks for the kind posts, everybody. I've been away from this thread for a while but it looks like it is still getting activity.
@GWMO: So you named your two hard drives Layna1 and Layna2. Hahaaaaa! That's a hoot. By the way, you may want to check the S3 bucket name: hto-web-resources again... I just tried it in sIMplified's site ripper tool and all the links popped up, ready for downloading. Your post is from last year so maybe it was taken down for a while but as of today (3/24/2021) those links show up in the site ripper tool.
@magicianul: Wow, it looks like you've been quite busy! Thank you for all those mega links. And thanks for describing the content so that people will know what they're looking at.
The only thing I wanted to add is that the Mega link at post #15 appears to be dead and the instantproducts link at post #16 shows up as jibberish when you click the link.
Like this...
Now, this is on the server-side so there's nothing we can do about that. But for anybody wanting the downloads, this can be confusing.
So, I'm here to show you two ways to get to the downloads when Amazon's site returns a page like that, full of confusing gobbledygook. There are hidden-gem downloads within all that strange-looking text; you've just got to know how to get to them and ignore the coded language.
STEP 1: Select and copy the URL and paste it into a text document like Word pad (I use Notepad++). It should look like this:
http://instantproducts-personal-use-lice...onaws.com/
STEP 2: Browse the listing for download links. It looks like a lot of jibberish on the page but there are links there. To see if any of them still yield files, here's all you do:
- Click these keys on your keyboard: Ctrl+F to FIND a word;
- In the text search box, type any of the "download" words you want; if you are looking for archived files try zip or rar; if you want to find any e-books, use PDF; any audio files, use mp3; video files use mp4;
- Those file extensions will be highlighted in yellow everywhere they appear on the page and if they do not appear, move on to a new file extension (HINT: You will have the most luck with .zip);
- Go to the location where the file extension is highlighted and select with your mouse the entire file name. It should start with the first word of the file name and end with the file extension (ex: .zip);
- Copy the entire file and then go back to the website URL you earlier pasted into the text document. Add the file name to the end of the website url and make sure it is separated by a forward slash (/).
Here's an example: On this site...
http://instantproducts-personal-use-lice...onaws.com/
I selected a file titled...
30daysContentMktPlan_mrr.zip
So all I need to do is go back to the website URL I earlier pasted into the text editor and add the full file name onto the end of that link. You can see what that looks like in my image below (see the URL link in the Internet Download Manager image shown at STEP 3 below).
To activate the download, take the entire link and paste it into your web browser and hit the ENTER key on your keyboard. Your download program should react and begin the process.
STEP 3: Download.
And, violĂ ... here is my screen-shot showing Internet Download Manager ready to download the file to my computer:
Yes, this can be a lot of work --- especially if you are downloading more than a few choice files, but it's one way to grab downloads when you get an ugly, coded page instead of ready-to-download links.
But there's another option:
This way works like a charm, if the Amazon S3 bucket name is known and the site owner hasn't taken special effort to lock the contents. Sometimes, even using a site ripper tool will be a moot point if the files are protected.
STEP 1: Try to guess the Amazon S3 bucket name. Just looking at the link URL, I'd guess that it's the frontal link portion that comes before the S3.amazonaws.com. This isn't as easy as it looks --- sometimes, you cannot find the bucket name but let's try that.
We're going to put (what we believe to be) the bucket name into an Amazon S3 site ripper tool that sIMplified shares on the forum.
STEP 2: So, let's go over to the site ripper...
sIMplified's WP/Amazon S3 Site Ripper Tool
This tool is really cool and easy-peasy to use.
You want to work in the gray area of the site ripper. The top section (in green) is for Wordpress sites. We want to work in the lower (gray) section designed for Amazon S3 site links.
STEP 3: Click the button that reads: SECURE YOUR AMAZON S3 to be taken to the work area. In the top-right of the screen you see a text input field. Inside the first area that reads: BUCKET NAME, type the name of the S3 bucket --- NOT the full website URL, just the bucket name.
So, type this: instantproducts-personal-use-license
We don't need any other part of the website URL, just the portion that comes AFTER http:// and BEFORE s3.amazonaws.com and the file name and extension.
Hit the green SEARCH NOW button then wait a few seconds to see if anything comes up on the blank, white browser screen. I suggest you count to 20 but sometimes it may take a little longer if the site has a lot of download links.
After a reasonable amount of time, if the screen stays white, that means the bucket is protected or the links have been removed.
So, what's the verdict...? (Wait for it!)
BAM!
I hope you're hungry because your hot links are freshly served!
STEP 4: Download.
So, you've got two ways to get to the links when faced with a screen of coded jibberish with the downloads sprinkled throughout.
Using the site ripper tool is the best option but, again, if the bucket is protected or the contents have been removed, you will only get a blank screen. If you get a page similar to what you see in post #16, at least you have the option to manually pull the links as I've demonstrated above to see if the files are still live.
Many of you here already know how to do this, but not everybody here is at the same knowledge level; so if my instructions help, then my effort is not wasted.
Anyway, from here on, you will just need to select the best downloader to grab the files you want. I use IDM but JDownloader2 or DownloadThemAll (or whatever you choose to use) will be fine.
By the way, you can use that site ripper for the S3 bucket name that magicianul mentions in post #17 because the links will come up for bonusdlfiles, as well. I tested it already and there are some very nice downloads to be had.
Enjoy!
