I have clearly mentioned that when CF does an update, they roll back some of the accounts and it is an easy fix. It was clearly mentioned. I have told you this is an easy fix in the back end. As mentioned in PM, please send me the info I have asked and it will be fixed right away.

If they roll back and after your fix, whether we will loose all the funnels created in that account? Do you provide this support throughout the year?

You wont lose any funnels from your account. And yes will support you for any issues you face. Normal support you will need to go through Clickfunnels. Any billing issues etc, just message me and I will take care of it.

Interested in this and any holiday discounts/coupon codes that may be available. Already know CF's worth as I'm sure everyone does. Reading them closing accounts is definitely a concern though.
If this happens to us, how fast is your turnaround time to get back up and running? Also, what timezone are you in so we're aware of how fast you'll be responding? We plan on being in this everyday - is this our own account and login or is this shared? Will you have access to it or need access to it?
