You can create your own account. Just stop the page from loading beyond "Create your account." I used the usual "Inspect Element..." drill.

Inspect element is where you use the right-click of your mouse to select the 'inspect element' function
and then make some changes so you can get the 'Create an Account' page.
I forget the process right now but there are full details of it in several posts from other members
that explain how to do it. Just use the search.
However, the easier method by far is to just stop the page loading the sales page.
All you need to do is hit the refresh arrow in your browser bar and then quickly hit the 'X' in the browser bar
to stop the page loading completely.
It may take a few tries at first, but you will get the 'Create Account' page eventually.
I actually got this one first time. Sometimes it is easier than others....but it will work on this type of page.
