AffiliateWP is the easiest and 
affiliate management plugin for WordPress.
I know...it's been shared before, but all links on all threads, as well as author outreach is dead.
I'll be honest - I really want to get my hands on the latest version (2.6) to set up an affiliate system for a small area that has never heard of affiliate marketing. More curious than anything.
So, if there are any benevolent blackhatters badass enough to share a purchased clean version, then I'd name my tenth son after you.
