You don't collect emails. You grab the page visitors with google ads tag and then market to them. The premise being you don't need the emails because you build an audience by tagging them. There's a big difference in costs but you own no emails.

On a general note, there are good tips in this course for marketing with google ads. Reps to @Show for posting this one!

If you can't run Google ads for whatever reasons, then this method can't work
