Is anyone else having an issue with Mega locking out accounts?

I got locked out of my primary account with them, with a statement that My account has been temorarily locked for my safety.

When I dig deeper, its something about sites being hacked and email accoounts and passwords being shared on the dark web or something.

OK, so I set up another account with a different email and password. Same thing. After 3 times, I get the same block.

Anywone else having this happen? I can't download shit from mega right now because of it.

My account was blocked - Abuse, sharing of illegal content, TOS and other BS.
Have'nt used my account in months.

are these free accounts or paid getting shut down

if you don't use it get blocked also but they send you a n email, just before they do it. so you have the chance to recover it
