I recommend reading the Bible and praying and also reading self help literature by positive thinkers such as Tony Robbins and Jack Canfield to help you to stay positive and strong during these difficult times. Saying prayers on a daily basis can be very helpful (you can search for the Scripture Memorization System I shared here if you are interested in learning some helpful techniques to memorize scripture). In addition, simple things like making a list of everything you are grateful for in life (suggested by Tony) and making a list of your achievements / goals you have accomplished to date (suggested by Jack) can really help you to stay positive and fight back against negativity. Stay strong, be positive and remember God is always with you. When you focus on God and God's word, nothing shall be impossible (as it says in the Bible).
Anyone who is oblivious to the obvious has made their choice to live in fears - and that is absolutely 100% FINE - for them.
(I choose NOT to live in fear, period.)

For me, what is truly disturbing is to take notice of how seldom folks even know the meaning of the word pandemic - and that it is synonymous with the word plague.
If and when such a thing actually happens, there would be visible results EVERYWHERE in public.
Meaning, literally EVERYWHERE - no exceptions.
As for Dr. Judy Mikovits...
A bit too much of what she says and writes reinforces the existence of medical viruses - which still have never even been proven to exist.
