Having looked through all the pages in this thread, it amused me to see that most of the 52 replies here were made by the OP to bump his thread.
As for the hosting offer itself:
3 years of what allotments exactly for the total cost of $27 ??
For most shared hosting that is rather easy to match or beat right now with the seasonal discounts raging and competing.

Yes Proscratcher - I noticed right away the recurring $180 cost after the 3 years and the unlimited meters - and recognized the provider immediately, and of course did not wish to spoil your offer by revealing any secrets here.
The huge questions in such an offer are these, IMO:
- Is the provider for real, meaning likely to remain in business after getting a bunch of payments ??
- How many months is the client likely to get before the provider vanishes with their take and then just reappears with a different name and IP address ??
When something looks too good to be true it usually is;
The real guarantee possible here would be for those paying the $25 to prove if they get less than 90 days out of it to get a refund - and yes, I know that if the provider folds up it ain't Proscratcher's fault, but at least with a total cost of $27, the users should get at least $9/month worth of use out of it !!
I seldom trust any provider offering 'unlimited' allotments and as I said earlier - it is easy enough when someone knows how to match that price for decent hosting right now that will NOT go from $2 to $180 in cost when the promo is done (if the service even lasts that long...).
It is very sad how so many fly-by-night, phoney hosting providers rob folks - but it happens...alot.
PS:
Trustpilot does have terrible reviews for them and that site is usually sort of a gold standard for reviews.

I've been using this hosting in one of my website/landing page for 3 months now. I talk base on experience that this hosting is really something that you can use for building landing pages. I can't say if this $2 hosting will last for 3 years because I haven't reached the 3 years subscription period, only 3 months. I wouldn't use this for hosting authority sites or something like that.

You must understand the risk about this kind of hosting. Don't take my word for it. You should judge it based on your experience. But for my experience, I've been using it for 3 months without problem. The only downside are the ones I mentioned in the sales thread.

Hi Proscratcher.
Yes - as I said earlier, I do very much grasp what the risks are.
The biggest need for any managed/shared hosting is always support, and of course right with that must come reliability - and the reviews of this service tell of terrible support along with loads of downtime.
My personal example of maybe using this:
Lately I needed to get some additional, cheap or free hosting just to use in replacing a couple of email accounts that I keep separate.
I could get this deal for just $2, no problem, BUT:
It will not be good for my needs if and when it is down alot.
So I just grabbed a free domain from 1 source and some very limited free hosting from another source and presto - email needs are now taken care of.
