Your offered PDF is just more of the same sales pitch.
It totally leaves out whether you are just selling access to a SAAS;
But reading it gives the impression that...yes, it is just a SAAS deal.
Anyone who would spend this much funds on access to a SAAS must surely have money enough that they can burn it for heating !!

If you are serious about the product, please read the PDF and you will see you are jumping to the wrong conclusion..
NO it is NOT just a SAAS deal,.
Are you actually interested in the product? Or are you just posting on my thread for another reason? You are saying people who access SAAS must have money they can burn for heating? Thousands of SAAS users would disagree with you.

If this is referring to a SAAS as 'software' that is a bit misleading - and if it is 100% online then 'lifetime' can be any amount of time that the service lives as opposed to the 'lifetime' of the users...we've seen plenty of SAAS deals here that only stayed up a pretty short while before they just dried up and blew away.
IT IS SOFTWARE - NOTHING MISLEADING!
