I'd just like to reinforce the experiences related above about accounts reverting to a free account.
The same happened to my account so I contacted Academia asking to buy a new account which he refused stating I promised a three year account and that is what I will do my best to provide.
Academia couldn't have been more helpful offering to provide a replacement and advice on how to transfer my creations to a new account.
A replacement account was provided in less than 24 hours and has been working perfectly ever since.
