Thanks for the share, I have stumbled across Paul Wade other books few months ago. Not sure they may be the same - Convict Conditioning (1 and 2) and I have read them and they made a lot of sense!
I have started doing the program 2 months ago and seeing a lot of improvement in my condition - they are just 2 exercises, twice a week (the beginner stage) and really make difference. I highly recommend this training program to busy people of any age!
