so... now my house, where I lived over 16 years, will be demolish,
what to do now?
Owner will give me 14.000 Euro,
but hard to find another flat- Berlin.
please give Idea-
sorry to hear your situation...
Why not try to rent AirBnB for a while?
just find a cheap place. doesn't matter where because it can always be temporary until you find something better. but make sure you find something within your means and can afford the rent for at least a year.
i know it's horrible that you are losing your home. don't look at it as you are losing something though. look at it as a new adventure and a new opportunity. maybe a change is needed in your life and you don't realize it yet. nobody likes change. they like their comfort zone. but change is inevitable so instead of fighting it and looking down on it, welcome it
stay positive and don't let this get you down. i know it's hard to know what to do sometimes but things do work out eventually and you have to trust in that. also trust in yourself. good people finish last sometimes but they lso make miracles happen. just believe in yourself.
if you need help in areas of why you are on this forum like marketing and making money online and how to sell or promote stuff, don't be afraid to ask senior members here in pm if they can offer you any help, tips, and advice. there are successful people here and some of them don't mind helping out people who are serious in what they want to do and accomplish.
i know there is a language barier but that hasn't stopped you before and posting. just don't make any excuses NOT to succeed and do everything in your power to adapt and overcome any obstacle. it's in your power if you are motivated enough.
Move to Philipines. Cheap rent. They speak English and $14,000 euros will last you like 1-2 years.
Or a cheaper part of Europe, Belarus?
Thank you.
It is ok now.
I found a flat, but very little, but ok.
All is good now!
thanks.
Thank you all for your good Ideas!!!

Very good Post to me. Thank you so much!
And:
I changed this amount from 14.ooo Euro to 20.000 Euro. In the Contract. They are willing. They do it.
10.000 Euro after signing their contract (I have got, they payed it ) - after going out and give the keys I will get the rest 10.000 Euro.
And free living here until 31. Mart (and maybe more), no rent and no heating to pay, only Energy Fees.
Sooo... I think.... to give rent my new flat, they pay here in Berlin up to 600 Euro for this flat a month!!
Good is coming out from bad things to me.
