Seller has lost my confidence almost entirely after this (and another) experience.
I will be far more careful buying from this seller in future.

NOW seller is posting in this thread to say Frooggal is INSTANT.

BUT I PAID on 6th OCTOBER -- and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED DELIVERY.

Seller posts here, in sales thread, to promote instant delivery.
BUT DOESN'T message me to tell ME, or send me my product I paid for almost 2 months ago!!!

Seller has held MY MONEY for almost 2 months, without my permission (nothing in sales thread says 2 months to wait) and NEVER sent even ONE PM to update me without me first giving him a hard time to update me!

SELLER's customer service is F*CKING TERRIBLE.
What makes it worse is seller's English is also terrible, and struggles to understand basic English.

Other reason is, I bought another product from seller which includes a plugin.
Seller refuses to send me the plugin licence.
He/she wants me to give him admin access to my site so he can install/activate it himself.

WHY? Because seller DOESN'T TRUST his buyers not to share licence!
F*ck sake. IF it wasn't so d*** annoying it would be hilarious!
(In case he hadn't noticed, HE is the one sharing other people's stuff! And HE is the one breaking trust with his customers!)

Has anyone here ever heard of that before?

It seems the seller isn't an official reseller, anyway -- or else they would have a licence code for customers -- that should also be on the sales page!

I will think long and hard before giving this seller any more of my money.
He leaves essential info off his sales pages, communication is terrible, English is terrible, does not update customers with essential info, and is late, late, late, with delivery (look at all the sales threads he has on this forum which he has time to create but no time to provide info to paying customers!).

Even on a BH Forum, customer service is EVERYTHING!

In his defense, and I've been waiting since Oct too, Igor is an ***** with S***** support. He promises a response in 24hrs. but that's bullshit....24 years.

By the way, we're two days past the 11th...just saying.
