Been practicing the microcosmic orbit for a while now and while there are fundamental basics, every teacher has their own tips tricks and insights. So it is good to look into their variations.
For those who don't know, this is a very powerful Taoist chi gong exercise. It can take years to master. One cannot become an 'expert' at this in a 6-week course. But once you start getting this down, it changes everything. Body - Mind - Spirit.
Another well-known Chi Gong teacher - Mantak Chia also teaches this.

Damo prescribes 12-18 months to get the basics down. I highly recommend his Yi Jin Jing video as well. He talks about the real Yi Jin Jing not some made up exercises called that.
